Before you can monitor the restricted areas
secured by your CIAS
perimeter protection system in Security Center, you must add each CIAS
IB-System IP server as a tracking system in Config Tool.
Procedure

From the Config Tool homepage,
open the Area view task.

Click Add an entity (), and then select
Tracking system.
The Add tracking system wizard opens.

On the Tracking system information page,
enter the following information:
- Type
- Select CIAS.
- Name
- Enter a unique name for this tracking system.

On the
Communication page, enter the following
information:
- IP address
- The IP address configured in the IB-System IP server.
- Port
- The TCP/IP port that the plugin and the tracking system uses to
communicate.
NOTE: By default, CIAS uses port 10001.

Click Refresh connection status () to connect.

When the connection status turns
Online (), click
Next page ().

On the RSA configuration page,
enter the following information:
- Trigger a target at the middle of a segment
- Turn on this setting to activate the automatic creation of a target
on the linked segment. The target is placed at the center of the
segment on the map.
- Events
- Turn on the custom events that you want to monitor for this tracking system.
NOTE: You
can modify this later on the Properties page of the tracking
system.
- Fence configuration
- Choose the color for the perimeter when its state changes. The available options vary
by system.
- Change color on intrusion
- Turn on this option if you want the perimeter to change color
when an intrusion is detected, and then choose the color for the perimeter.

Click Finish.
The
CIAS
IB-System IP server and its devices are listed in the
Area view entity tree.
After you finish
Create RSA
zones.
