To configure SIP settings for the Castel XE-VIDEO intercom, do the following:

  1. Connect to the intercom using the web page and log in.

  2. In the Calls tab, click SIP Configuration.

  3. Select SIP Server.

  4. In the Extension number field, enter the extension number that was assigned when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  5. In the Password field, enter the password that was set when you added the SIP intercom in Security Center.

  6. In the Server address 1 field, enter the IP address of the Sipelia Server.

  1. Click Save.

The SIP registration status should appear as Registered on server(s).

  1. (Optional) In the Calls tab, click Calls Settings, then select Active in the Automatically answer section to enable the intercom to auto-answer calls.
