To ensure that the Talkaphone VOIP-500 is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Talkaphone VOIP-500 intercom’s registration to Sipelia
From the device website, under Network, in the SIP Settings section, the registration status should appear green with the message Primary registrar is active.
In Config Tool, under the VoIP Inventory task, the device should appear as Available.
Calling the Talkaphone VOIP-500 from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book.
Calling Sipelia from the Talkaphone VOIP-500 intercom
If you press the button on the Talkaphone VOIP-500 intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
