The OnGuard plugin 5.1.0 includes the following known limitations.

Issue First reported in Description
2990244 5.1.0 When the synchronization of a Bosch intrusion panel occurs in OnGuard, the OnGuard system and the OpenAccess API crash.
Workaround: In your OnGuard system, mark Bosch panels as disabled to avoid synchronization.
2989689 5.1.0 If the status of a panel changes, its status will be updated in Security Center. However, the running state of inputs and outputs on the panel will not be updated in Security Center until a synchronization occurs.
2975439 5.1.0 Redefining the predefined cardholder field types using the FormsDesigner app from OnGuard is not supported.
2632671 5.1.0 Cardholder pictures are not recompressed when imported into the Security Center Directory database from OnGuard. The Directory database should be hosted on a SQL Standard Server or better if cardholder pictures are large and/or large volumes of cardholder pictures are being imported from the OnGuard system.
2563421 5.0 Visitors are not supported through Federation. As a result, visitor activities on federated sites can not be reported.
370910 4.0 When a cardholder opens and closes doors, the door status does not change in the Security Desk door widget.
370877 4.0 The armed or disarmed status of an intrusion detection area is not available in the Security Desk widget.
340486 4.0 If any alarms are modified in the OnGuard system using the Active alarm checkbox, the changes are not reflected in Security Center.
Workaround: Restart the proxy service and the OnGuard plugin.
