What is the Genetec Clearance™ plugin? - Genetec Clearance™ plugin 3.3

The Genetec Clearance™ plugin is used to export video recordings and snapshots from Security Center to Genetec Clearance™. You can also create a registry of Security Center cameras in a Genetec Clearance™ account that you can use to send notifications to operators and automate exports when video requests are received.

Using Genetec Clearance™, you can import data from video surveillance systems, body-worn cameras, cell phones, in-car systems, computer aided dispatch (CAD), record management systems (RMS), and so on, so that evidence can be reviewed and shared within a single application. Genetec Clearance™ enables collaboration across independent agencies and private sector organizations, by helping investigators and invited third parties share their evidence online.

You can use the plugin to do the following:

• Create cases and upload video recordings and snapshots.
• Publish a registry of cameras in Genetec Clearance™.
• Receive notifications for new video requests in the Security Desk notification tray.
