To avoid having operators enter their credentials in MorphoManager each time they enroll a new cardholder or visitor, you can enable the automatic login option MorphoManager.

What you should know

Starting in version 3.1, you can no longer enter your MorphoManager credentials in the Properties tab of the plugin. Instead, you must enter them directly in MorphoManager.

Procedure

  1. In Windows, open MorphoManager Advanced Client Configuration.
  2. In the Automatic login section, select Enable automatic login.
  3. Enter the username and password used to login into MorphoManager.
  4. Click Apply changes, and then click Close.
