Granting custom-field visibility to Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher Touch users - Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher 3.0.1

By default, only Administrators can view custom fields created by the Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher Touch plugin. Users can view and modify cardholder custom fields to provide cardholders access to cabinets on a site when the required privileges are assigned to them and they have been granted visibility in Config Tool.

1. From the homepage in Config Tool, open System > General settings > Custom fields.
2. Select the custom field that you want to allow the user to view.
3. Click Edit ().
   The Edit custom field window opens.
4. in the Visible to Administrators and section, click Add ().
5. Select the users that you want to grant visibility to.
   
   
   
6. Click OK.
7. Click Save and close.
8. (Optional) Repeat steps 2 - 7 for each custom field you want the users to view.
9. Click Apply.
