From the Monitoring task in Security Desk, you can monitor events related to KeyWatcher Touch lockers.

What you should know

If you have a camera associated to a key locker, you can do the following:
  • Drag an entity into a tile to monitor it in real time.
  • Drag an event into a tile to review associated video footage.

Procedure

  1. From the Security Desk homepage, open the Monitoring task.
  2. From the area view, select a KeyWatcher Touch entity.
  3. In the events pane, the following information is displayed:
    • Event
    • Description
    • Event timestamp
    • Source
    • Device
  4. If you have a camera associated to a key locker and want to review video of an event, drag the event from the event pane to a tile.
