Configuring Pay-by-Plate Sync permit list - Pay-by-Plate Sync 5.5

The Permit list tab is where you link Pay-by-Plate Sync dynamic permit zones (and Security Center static permits, if applicable), to your Security Center permit entities. Security Center permits will then be populated with the third-party provider and static permit data.

1. In the Config Tool Home page, select Plugins, and then click on Pay-by-Plate Sync.
2. Select the Permit List tab.
   The permits you created in Security Center are displayed in a flat list. To simplify, this procedure shows only one permit as an example. You can have as many permits as you want. Repeat this procedure for each additional permit.
   
3. From the All available permits list, click on the one you want to configure as your Pay-by-Plate Sync dynamic permit.
4. Under Zones, click to add a parking provider’s parking zones to the permit.
   The Select zone window opens.

   

5. From the Parking provider drop-down list, select one of the parking providers to display its available parking zones.
6. Click on the parking zone(s) you want to add, and then click Select.
   You can select more than one zone at a time by holding Shift or Ctrl on your keyboard while clicking, or press Ctrl+A to select all available zones.
7. (Optional) Under Static permit, click to merge a static permit with the dynamic permit you just configured.
8. Click Apply.
   Your Pay-by-Plate Sync Permit list tab should look something like the following:

   

9. (Optional) If your license supports multiple parking providers, repeat this procedure as needed to configure them.
   The third-party permit zones and static permits are now associated to Pay-by-Plate Sync dynamic permits. These permits now appear in Genetec Patroller™ for verification and enforcement.
