The Thyssenkrupp plugin 3.2.0 includes the following known limitations.
Issue | Description |
---|---|
2931091 | Config Tool users who lack full administrator privileges may trigger data loss
and loss of elevator operation if they edit the plugin role configuration. This
occurs when the user makes changes to the configuration when they are unable to see
all the entities used by the configuration. Workaround: Config Tool plugin
role configuration must be done by full administrators or users that have been
properly configured to have visibility to all entities referenced by the plugin
configuration.
|
1798577 | Elevator without DEDs are not discovered using the auto-discovery feature. Workaround: From Config
Tool,
manually add the elevators.
|
1788972 | Upgrading the Thyssenkrupp plugin from
3.0 to 3.1 is not supported. Workaround: Uninstall version 3.0, and then
install version 3.1. Reconfigure the plugin using the auto-discovery
feature.

Tool
Access control task, from the Access rules
view, if you remove a DED from the All open rule, it cannot be added back.
The DED will not grant access to cardholders anymore. Workaround: Delete
the DED from the plugin, and then re-create it.
