To help troubleshoot Archiver performance, you can check the size of the MSMQ queue.

1. In Windows, go to C:\Windows\System32\msmq.
2. Right-click the Storage folder > Properties.
3. On the General tab, verify the following information:
   • Size: The size of the queue.
   • Contains: The number of items in the queue.
   The queue is full if the storage folder contains 520 items or the queue size exceeds 1 GB. If so, archiving stops.
