Enabling Hanwha people counting events - Security Center Transportation Sensor Management 2.3

Before you can manage occupancy with Hanwha people counting, you must enable Hanwha people counting events. If the Security Center version you are running is older than 5.10.2.0, then you must also install a cumulative update.

To install a cumulative update:

1. Visit the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Portal product downloads page.
2. Click Select a product > Security Center.
3. Select the version of Security Center that you are using.
4. Navigate to the Cumulative updates section, find the update that corresponds to the version of Security Center you are using, and click Package download ().

To enable the Hanwha people counting feature:

1. From the Video task in Config Tool, click Archiver.
2. Click Resources.
3. Click Advanced settings.
4. Click Additional settings.
5. Click Add ().
6. In the Name field, enter SupportHanwhaNewPeopleCountingEvents.
7. In the Value field, enter true
8. Click Close.
9. Click OK.
10. Click Apply.
