If your instrumented areas always reset their count value when the server is restarted, you might need to increase their Historical restore age setting.
Cause
If the server is offline for longer than the time configured in the Historical restore age, the instrumented area's occupancy count resets to 0.
Solution
From Config Tool, set the Historical restore age setting of the instrumented area to a longer time.
