To be eligible for technical support, you must install the DMP intrusion panel extension with versions of Security Center and third-party software that are certified or supported by design.

NOTE: Fire alarm operations and programming panels with FIRE-type
keypads are unsupported by this integration.
As a minimum, the DMP Intrusion Panel extension 4.3.0 requires Security Center 5.9.
