The Genetec Clearance™ plugin 3.4 includes the following known issues.

| 3181055 | When using Genetec Clearance™ on an expansion
server, using the Browse button to set the archive
destination folder opens the file explorer for the local machine, but saving the
destination creates the folder on the directory server instead. Workaround: Enter the correct file path in the Archive destination
folder text field.

| 2974299 | Upgrading the plugin to version 3.4 from version 3.2 or earlier creates a
plugin database that is incorrectly named PluginDatabase rather
than GenetecClearance. Workaround: Rename the database
manually.

| 2972361 | The new parallel extraction and encryption processes temporarily use disk space. Uploads can fail if insufficient disk space is present. Ensure you adjust disk space according to expected usage. |
| 2971619 | The notification for the extraction phase of an upload can seem stuck at 100% for up to one minute while the extraction is being completed. This is because the file is now encrypted on the disk and moved after extraction. |
| 2970967 | When the upload of a snapshot is completed, the subsequent notification reads Completing evidence rather than Completing snapshot. |
| 2872530 | Sometimes the send snapshot window shows a warning message stating that the camera must be online and recording to send a snapshot. |
