The fallback data sink is used to retain the read IDs of the ALPR ingestion service reads when they are not connected to a database sink. The fallback data sink is necessary for the reports and the Record Fusion queries to work.
Before you begin
Procedure
- From the Data sinks tab, navigate to the Fallback data sink section.
- In the Interval field, define a time period after which the fallback data sink is queried for data.
- In the Retries field, define the number of times the fallback data sink retries obtaining the data.
- In the Batch size field, determine the number of reads that are included in each export.
- Click Apply.
