Configuring STUN Server in Sipelia™ - Sipelia™ 2.12

You can configure Sipelia™ to use a STUN server using the SipServer.config file.

1. Deactivate the Sipelia™ Plugin role.
   In the Plugins task, right-click the Sipelia™ Plugin and select Maintenance > Deactivate role.
2. Open the Sipelia™ Server configuration file (C:\ProgramData\Genetec Sipelia\SipServer\SipServer.config).
3. Change the value of the NatTraversalMethod property to STUN.

   NatTraversalMethod Value="STUN" StunServerAddress="stun.l.google.com:19302" AutoDetect="True"/

4. Configure the server and the port.
5. Activate the Sipelia™ plugin role.
   In the Plugins task, right-click the Sipelia™ Plugin and select Maintenance > Activate role.

   NOTE: Security Desk Sipelia™ clients automatically use the same STUN configuration as the server.
