After completing a Synergis™ Cloud Link installation, there are several steps you must perform to verify that the system is functioning correctly.

Procedure

  1. Apply power and wait for the Synergis Cloud Link information () LED to be solid green indicating that Synergis Cloud Link software is running. For more information, see Synergis Cloud Link LED feedback.
  2. In the Synergis™ Appliance Portal, perform the following steps:
    1. Verify that Synergis Cloud Link has the latest firmware version.
    2. Verify that the default password has been changed.
    3. Verify that all connected interface modules are online.
    4. Present a card to the readers and verify the state change in the Synergis™ Appliance Portal.
