If you are experiencing communication issues with a variable message sign, check the Server Admin logger for errors.
- From the Genetecâ„¢ Server Admin, select the server running the Digital Signage Management plugin.
- Next to the server name, click the Actions list, and select Console.
- Click Loggers, and in the Active loggers
list, add the following string:
Genetec.ITS.DMS.Server.CommsLogger
. - In Config Tool, right-click the DSM entity and select Put in passive mode.
- Check the Server Admin logger for errors.
