The DMS Communication Client 1.0 must be installed on a Windows server that has access to the panels.

Before you begin

Ensure the following
  • The server can host a Windows service.
  • The server is on the same network as the panels.

Procedure

  1. Open the GTAP product download page.
  2. From the Genetec Plugins section, download the package for your product.
  3. Run the .exe file, and then unzip the file.
    NOTE: By default, the file is unzipped to C:\Genetec.
  4. Open the extracted folder, right click the setup.exe file, and click Run as administrator.
  5. Follow the installation instructions.
  6. On the Installation Wizard Completed page, click Finish.
