After the installation, values can be changed by using the Configuration Manager (installed at the same location at the DMS Communication Service).
The following image shows the configuration manager:

1 | URL | Base URL to the DMS plugin REST API (This will be the AMS or other hosted Security Center IP or DNS Address) |
2 | Username | User from Security Center with the appropriate rights for WebClient and DynamicMessageSigns. (User must be created, do not use a member of the Administrator group) |
3 | Password | Password should follow best practices for password strength |
4 | Update panels info every | The service will pull information from the DMS plugin every x seconds (but will only send the data update to the panels if the data changed). |
5 | Reload config from file | Reloads the configuration from the file and overrides the changes. |
6 | Save config to file | Saves the changes to the configuration file. |
