You can modify the preconfigured triggers.

What you should know

You can change the preconfigured incident type trigger settings by adding or removing trigger events, adding conditions to the triggers, and so on.

Procedure

To modify preconfigured incident triggers:

  1. From the Config Tool, select the Incident configuration task.
  2. In the Incident configuration tab, select the incident you want to modify.
  3. Click the Triggers tab.
  4. Click the preconfigured triggers and add or remove triggers as needed.
  5. Click Apply to save your modifications.

Modifying the manual trigger option

  1. If you want to enable or disable the option to manually trigger the incident, you can change this setting in the incident’s Properties tab.
  2. Click Apply to save your modifications.
