To investigate events related to Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets, assets, and cardholders, you can generate reports using the Key Systems activities task in Security Desk.

Before you begin

Make sure the monitoring of Key Systems Security Asset Manager events is configured. Select which events to monitor in Security Desk.

What you should know

The Key Systems activities task enables operators to view events that occurred when cabinets were disconnected from the plugin.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage in Security Desk, open the Key Systems activities report.
    Key systems activities report task icon on the Config Tool homepage.
  2. Set up query filters for your report. Choose one or more of the following filters:
    Entities
    Select which entities to investigate.
    Key Systems event
    Restrict the search to specific events related to the plugin.
    Time range
    Define the time range for the report.
  3. Click Generate report.
    The results are listed in the report pane. The following columns are available for the report:
    Timestamp
    The time that the event occurred.
    Event type
    The type of event that occurred.
    Cabinet
    The cabinet related to the event.
    Asset
    The asset related to the event
    Cardholder
    The cardholder related to the event.
