The Key Systems Security Asset Manager plugin 3.0 includes the following known limitations.

3217493 | If a cardholder's PIN credential gets deleted while their asset is out of the
cabinet, the PIN cannot be reused with another cardholder until the asset is
returned to the cabinet. NOTE: Edit the cardholder to force a push to the cabinet and
give them access.

3168426 | In a failover situation where the server running the plugin changes, the remote
proxy does not automatically reconnect to the plugin. Workaround: Manually
reconnect to the plugin by updating the failover server address on the remote
proxy's Configuration page.

2807342 | A Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinet can only connect to one management software at a time. After you connect the plugin to the cabinet, Key Systems' GFMS software is no longer connected to the cabinet. |
2778326 | An inactive cardholder cannot return assets to a Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinet. |
2764632 | Names containing spaces might be truncated or not displayed when imported from
Key Systems Security Asset Manager cabinets to Security Center. Workaround: To display
names with proper spacing, add a plus sign (+) where the space should be
(First+Name Last+Name).
