Viewing your asset inventory - deister proxSafe 3.1

To view a list of all the assets that are part of your system, and information about each asset, you can generate reports in Security Desk.

1. From the home page in Security Desk, open the proxSafe Asset inventory report.
2. In the Entities filter, select which assets you want to view information about.
   • If you select an asset, only information about that asset is displayed.
   • If you select a cardholder, information about all the assets that are assigned to that cardholder is displayed.
   • If you select a locker, information about all the assets in that locker is displayed.
   • If you select a terminal, information about all the assets in the lockers connected to that terminal is displayed.
   • If you select Commander <server name>, information about all the assets in the proxSafe system is displayed.
3. (Optional) Restrict the search to one of the following filters:

   Return deadline

   Only shows assets that have a return deadline later than the date and time you select.

   Time remaining

   Only shows assets that must be returned within the selected remaining time.

4. Click Generate report.
   Information about the assets you selected is listed in the report pane. The following columns are available for the report:

   Asset name

   Name of the asset.

   Locker name

   Name of the locker that the asset is connected to.

   Current holder

   Lists the locker name if the asset is currently in a locker, or lists the name of the cardholder that has been issued the asset.

   Last transaction time

   The date and time that the asset was last issued or returned.

   Return deadline

   If the asset is currently issued to a cardholder, the date and time that the asset must be returned by is listed, according to the cardholder's schedule.

   Time remaining

   The amount of time that remains before the cardholder must return the asset.

   Camera

   The camera entity that is assigned to the locker or terminal.
