You can create new Perspectives to add to your display.

Before you begin

You must be granted the Modify perspectives user privilege.

What you should know

You can also create a Perspective by editing an existing Perspective, and then clicking Save as copy.

Procedure

  1. From the Security Desk home page, open the Barco CMS task.
  2. In the bottom-left corner of the task window, click Add perspective ().
  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the new Perspective.
  4. Enter a Width and Height.
    The Width and Height affect the default size of entities that are dragged into the new Perspective, and as the default size of the Perspective when it is added to a display. The Perspective can also be resized in the Editor View to cover any size of display.
  5. Enter a Description for the Perspective.
  6. Click Save.

Results

The new Perspective is displayed in the Barco tab.
