After mapping units, areas, and modules in Security Center, you can get information about them by clicking on their icons on the map.

Before you begin

Make sure your map is configured correctly.

Procedure

  1. Open the Maps task in Security Desk.
  2. Click the icon assigned to a unit, area, or module.
    The following information is displayed for a unit:
    • Connection state
    • Tamper state
    • Mask state
    • Time of the last tamper event
    • Battery state
    • Time of the last battery event
    • AC state
    • Time of the last AC event
    The following information is displayed for an area:
    • Commands (Acknowledge an alarm, Arm Master, Arm Perimeter, Disarm)
    • Number of areas and their states
    • Inputs associated to the area, their number, and their states
    The following information is displayed for a module:
    • Number
    • Tamper state
    • Battery state
    • AC state
    • Time of the different module states
