You can select specific Security Center updates
to apply to different machines. By default, the Genetec™ Update Service (GUS) will always offer the latest
updates.
What you should know
- You can select which update you would like to receive for Security Center only.
- You can also select cumulative updates and hotfixes.
- Compatibility is confirmed when applying the update.
- Update selection configuration applies to selected machines. You can select a different
update for different machines.
Procedure

From the web page of the machine, select one or multiple updates of the
Actual version of Security Center.

Click the update version to display the Update Selection window.

In the Update Selection window, select the desired Security Center update from the drop-down list.

Select Latest available, to return new updates as they
become available.

Select a specific update.

Search for updates using the search bar.

Click Apply.
The selected update displays and you can download and install it.
After you finish
To return to the latest available updates default, perform a
Check for
Update operation or open the
Update Selection window and
apply the
Latest available option.
