Some of the error messages and warnings displayed in Security Center come from the SALTO Virtual Network system. Our messages include the SALTO error number, a description of the problem, and when we can, we tell you what you can do to solve the problem. You might also want to refer to your SALTO user documentation to find out more about each message.
The following error messages originate in the SALTO Virtual Network system and are displayed in Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 1: The SALTO Virtual Network database is unavailable or unreachable.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 4: An unknown error occurred on the SALTO Virtual Network system.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 5: The requested operation has been canceled or aborted.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 6: The specified process ID is not correct or unknown. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 7: SALTO Virtual Network is unable to accept your changes probably because the parameters violate one of their business rules.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 10: Unable to add the entity because an entity with the same ID already exists in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities into Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 11: The entity you are trying to change does not exist in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities into Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 12: Invalid input parameter: The requested operation contains invalid or unexpected data. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 13: Your SALTO Virtual Network license does not include that feature. Contact SALTO Virtual Network to update your license.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 14: You have reached the limit of your SALTO Virtual Network license. Contact SALTO Virtual Network to update your license.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 100: The door does not exist in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities in Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 101: That door or locker is busy. Please try again later.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 102: Unable to add door because a door with the same ID already exists in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities into Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 200: The cardholder (user) does not exist in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities in Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 201: Unable to complete your request because the user is being edited by someone else. Please try again later.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 202: Unable to add user because another user with the same ID already exists. You need to import entities into Security Center, then try again.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 203: This serial number (ROM code) is already in use by another user. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 204: User cannot be assigned to this access level. Assign a different level to the user or make sure the level is valid. If the level is valid, and this error persists, contact Genetec Inc. support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 205: Unable to assign credential (key) because the user already has a credential assigned in SALTO Virtual Network. You need to import entities into Security Center, then try to make your changes again.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 206: Key expiration exceeds the maximum allowed for a non-cancellable key. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 300: Unable to perform the operation. Assign a credential (key) to the user.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 301: Unable to encode a new credential (key) because you have reached the maximum allowed by the SALTO Virtual Network Virtual Network license.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 302: The credential (key) is not valid. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 303: The reader was unable to read the credential (key). Please try again.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 304: The credential (key) is out of memory. Contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 305: Unable to perform the operation. Another cardholder (user) has the credential (key) that you are trying to assign. Remove the credential from the other cardholder.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 306: The requested operation (get binary image of the requested card) cannot be performed because structure of the key is not valid. Contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 400: The SALTO Virtual Network encoder you are trying to use no longer exists. You need to import entities into Security Center.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 401: The SALTO Virtual Network encoder is unreachable. Make sure it is connected and running correctly.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 402: Unable to complete your request because the SALTO Virtual Network encoder is busy. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 403: The SALTO Virtual Network encoder has timed out. Please try again.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 404: An error has occurred while executing the requested operation on the SALTO Virtual Network encoder. Please contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 405: The requested operation has been aborted.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 406: Please initialize the SALTO Virtual Network encoder.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 407: The SALTO Virtual Network encoder did not initialize as expected. Contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 500: Invalid XML format: The requested operation contains invalid or unexpected data. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 501: Incorrect syntax: The requested operation contains invalid or unexpected data. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 502: Unknown command. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 503: Invalid data type: The requested operation contains invalid or unexpected data. Contact Genetec Inc. technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 600: An existing low zone cannot be changed to a high zone or vice versa. Contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
- SALTO Virtual Network Error 601: We cannot create another zone because your system contains the maximum number allowed. Please contact SALTO Virtual Network technical support.
