If available, you can view the instructions for a triggered CCure event from any live monitoring task in Security Desk.

What you should know

  • Instructions are created and modified in the CCURE 9000 system, and imported to Security Center during synchronization.
  • You can view instructions from any entity pane in Security Desk and Config Tool, and in the live monitoring tasks; including Monitoring, Alarm monitor, Maps, XFEvent management.

Procedure

To view the instructions for a triggered CCure event from an entity pane:

  1. From any entity pane, right-click a CCure entity, event, or alarm, and then select CCure 9000 > Show Instructions.

To view the instructions for a triggered CCure event from an event list:

  1. In the event list pane, select a CCure event.
  2. In the widget, click Show instructions.
