Initiating a data sharing request - Cloudrunner

To share your reads with other AutoVu Cloudrunner™ tenants, you must initiate a sharing request to the required partners.

What you should know

If a data sharing partnership already exists with the desired partner entity, a message is displayed.

1. Click Configuration > Data Sharing > Partners.
   All the partners that you share reads with are displayed.
2. Click Add partner.
3. On the Partner page, search for the partner in one of the following ways:
   • Search a partner : Enter the first three characters of the discoverable law enforcement agency and select the corresponding option from the drop-down menu.
     Tip: You can also enter the first three characters of the city or state.
   • Enter a sharing key: Add a non-discoverable partner using their sharing key.
   
4. Click Next.
5. On the Cameras page, select whether you want to receive reads from the partner as well.
   NOTE: When you initiate a data sharing request, the reads from all your cameras are shared by default. This sharing mode cannot be changed in the current release of Cloudrunner.

   
6. Click Next.
7. On the Agreement page, authorize the terms and conditions to send a data sharing request.
   
8. Click Next.
9. On the Review page, review the details and click Submit
   
   The data sharing request is sent to the partner and an email notification is sent to all parties involved.
