Processing a data sharing request - Cloudrunner

To establish partnership with other AutoVu Cloudrunner™ tenants, you must process the sharing requests received from the required partners.

1. Click Configuration > Data Sharing > Partners.
   All the partners that you share reads with along with any pending invitations are displayed.
2. Click the partner name.
   You can also click the Review button from the email request.
3. On the Partner page, you can respond in one of the following ways:
   • Deny request : If the data sharing request is invalid.
   • Confirm request: If the data sharing request is valid.
   
4. Click Next.
5. (Optional) On the Cameras page, you can validate the details of the two-way sharing request.
   NOTE: When you receive a one-way data sharing request, the Cameras page is not displayed. The sharing mode cannot be converted to two-way sharing in the current release of Cloudrunner.

   
6. Click Next.
7. On the Agreement page, authorize the terms and conditions (electronic MOU) to accept a data sharing request.
   
8. Click Submit.
   The data sharing request is accepted and an email confirmation is sent to all parties involved.
