The AutoVu Cloudrunner™ October 2023 release includes the following enhancements.

General enhancements

Improved custom hotlist templates
From the Templates page, you can now view, modify, or delete custom hotlist templates in your system. You can also view the configuration of the default templates such as Basic and NCIC. For more information on how to use templates, see Configuring a custom template.
Customize your hotlist matching
You can now configure the hotlist matching capability for each hotlist in your system as required. You can either match solely on license plate numbers or on both plate state and plate number. For example, if you want to match only plate numbers for all local Stolen hotlists, you can simply modify the hotlists to match plate numbers only. For more information, see Configuring hotlists.
Introducing time zones for better investigations
When you are in a different time zone than the device's time zone, you can switch your time zone in the portal and view reads with the timestamp (Local time) reflecting your time zone. In the Reporting tab, you can select the Captured time column to also view read timestamps as per the device time zone. Lastly, you can also filter the reports based on Local time or Captured time. For more information on setting your time zone, see Switching time zones in the Cloudrunner portal.
Improved hotlist hit email notifications
Cloudrunner now sends a more detailed hotlist hit notification email, especially for NCIC hotlists. With this redesign, you can view details such as make, model, color, and license plate type captured in the hotlist as well as compare the details between the detection event and hotlist information. Also, you can now view which configured action has triggered the email your way. For more information, see the sample email in Configuring actions.

UI enhancements

Redesigned image in the side pane
The ALPR image in the read details displayed in the side pane now has the local timestamp watermark. This redesign improves better readability.
