The AutoVu Cloudrunner™ July 2022 release includes the following enhancements.
General enhancements
- Scheduling hotlist import now supported
- Using the Import recurrence setting, you can now configure the frequency at which the system imports and updates the existing hotlists. This is especially useful to keep your hotlists up-to-date and concurrent with the external sources such as NCIC. For more information on how to set up the import recurrence, see Configuring hotlists.
- Introduced hotlist hit notification sound
- When a hotlist hit is generated, Cloudrunner now alerts the user with a notification sound. This is especially useful when you need to switch between multiple tasks while monitoring ALPR events. For more information, see Monitoring live ALPR events.
- Improved license plate read details
- License plate read details displayed in the reports and monitoring tasks have now been
improved to provide a smoother user experience:
- Added an maximize button to display the context image on a pop-up screen.
- Changed the time-stamp format to display the real time-stamp and not relative time-stamp.
- Removed the state flags and displayed full state names.
- Added a quick search button adjacent to the plate number to view activities of the license plate in the last 30 days.
- Updated the system to reset to default values, after the filters have been removed.
- New contact support page
- Now when you click Contact support, a pop-up screen with Contact number and Tenant reference number is displayed.
