The AutoVu Cloudrunner™ May 2023 release includes the following enhancements.
General enhancements
- Reporting read errors now supported
- You can now report any issues with the details captured in the read. This is especially useful if the vehicle analytics or license plate details captured are incorrect and need to be improved for future reads. For more information on how to report errors, see Generating vehicle search reports.
- Improved hotlist hit email notifications
- Cloudrunner now sends a more detailed hotlist hit notification email. With this redesign, you can view details such as ALPR image, context image, hotlist details, and camera details as well as compare the details between the detection event and hotlist information. For more information, see the sample email in Configuring actions.
UI enhancements
- Enlarging ALPR image now supported
- You can now view an enlarged version of the license plate image for any read in both Monitoring and Reports tasks. For more information, see Monitoring live ALPR events, or Generating vehicle search reports.
