The AutoVu Cloudrunner™ August 2023 release includes the following enhancements.

General enhancements

Introducing custom hotlist templates
You can now create custom hotlist templates to properly split the fields available in any plate list file. With this feature, you can also create category-specific hotlists for local plate list file. For example, if the plate list is used to identify Stolen vehicles, you create a custom template specifying a category field and use that template when you upload the plate list to the system. By default, Basic and NCIC templates are available in the system. For more information on how to use templates, see Configuring a custom template.
View and export audit reports
From the Auditing tab, you can now review all the activities performed on your account. With the current design, you can analyze the reports generated or look into the changes made to hotlists. You can also export audit reports in XLSX or CSV formats. For more information, see About audit reports.
Introducing reason code for report
With Reason code enabled, law enforcement officers can now specify a case number, search reason, and other relevant details for any report generated. This feature ensures that every investigation conducted is connected to a case and abides by the state laws. You can also view an audit trail for all reports generated with reason code. For more information, see Configuring reason code.
Improved parsing of NCIC hotlists for report
You can use the NCIC template to properly parse and view all the fields present in the hotlist. With this improvement, details such as vehicle make, model and year are also viewable.

UI enhancements

Redesigned side pane for a smoother experience
The read details displayed in the side pane are now categorized for better segmentation and readability. The panel redesign also includes the following changes:
  • In each section, you can click the title or the arrow to expand or collapse the details.
  • In the Hotlist vehicle information section, hotlist match details such as plate number, plate state, and match type are displayed. For each hotlist match details such as plate number, plate state and match type are displayed. Also, if the hotlist hit matches with an NCIC hotlist, details such as Category, NIC, and Entry date are displayed. The section is now displayed before the detection event.
  • In the Map section, GPS location of the ALPR camera is displayed. You can click the map to view the location in full-screen mode.
