The AutoVu Cloudrunner™ March 2024 release includes the following enhancements.

General enhancements

Introduced custom category mapping
Now when you add a Category column to any template, you can customize the category mappings as needed. You can either configure a new set of mappings as per your requirements or apply mappings from an existing template. For more information on how to configure category mappings, see Configuring a custom template.
Improved hotlist matching capabilities
You can now configure the matching settings of a hotlist to get exact matches only or near matches as well for any license plate number read by the camera. For example, if you want to match exact plate numbers only for Stolen hotlists, you can configure the Stolen hotlists settings to Exact match. For more information, see Configuring hotlists.
Monitor status of CR-H2 cameras
Now, view real-time updates such as battery level, signal strength, and status for all CR-H2 cameras in your account. Also, you can modify the camera location to accurately capture the address in the reads. For more information, see Configuring ALPR cameras.
Improved exporting functionality
You can now export individual reads as PDF files from the read details side pane. This functionality is useful when you need to add read details as evidence to the case files. Also, when you bulk export up to 200 reads from the Reports tab, the corresponding ALPR images are exported.
Introducing collaborative intelligence
You can now collaborate with both public and private entities to efficiently monitor vehicles of interest. You can either establish one-way or two-way partnership with the various organizations that use Cloudrunner and receive reads from their cameras. For more information on establishing data sharing partnerships, see About data sharing.
Narrow search results based on camera source
You can now filter search results in Reports tab depending on the source of the read. You can choose to focus on reads generated by :
  • Local cameras only
  • Partner cameras only
  • Both local and partner cameras
For more information on filtering reads, see Generating vehicle search reports.
Restrict access to critical hotlists
You can now restrict access to critical hotlists and protect them from accidentally being modified. Limited access is especially useful when you have multiple hotlists that share the same NCIC source file and any unauthorized modifications might generate incorrect hits. For more information on how to set up the restricted hotlists, see Configuring hotlists.
Modify records in a hotlist
You can now add or modify individual records for all local hotlists in your account. For more information, see Modifying hotlists.
Introduced Be-On-The-Lookout (BOLO) hotlists
You can now create and customize BOLO hotlists instantly with an exclusive template. The template also has a Comments field to add any additional information that would help aid in apprehending an offender.
