As an alternative to powering the SharpV G3 through the network cable using power from a PoE++ injector, you can provide 24 V dc power using the I/O connector.
Compatibility
Only SharpV G3 hardware versions can be powered using 24 V dc. For more information, see SharpV hardware versions.
Guidelines
- Ensure that the power supply or supply network used in conjunction with the cable satisfy the camera's tension and current requirements.
- Respect the minimum wire gauge at the connector pinout. For more information, see SharpV input and output specifications.
- If you need to split the I/O cable to apply power, the connection must be protected from the elements.
