On the Incident Identity page, you can configure the way incidents of this type are displayed on maps.
- Name
- Incident type name.
- Description
- Default description for this type of incidents. The incident description can be changed by the incident owner while the incident is still active. The incident owner needs the Change incident descriptions privilege to do so.
- Icon
- Icon representing this type of incident. You can add more icons by uploading PNG or JPG files.
- Color
- Background color of the incident icon, color of incident details pane header and color of incident listing in the Incident column of the Incident monitoring task.
