You can contact airport employees for an appointment at the badging office by emailing
them through the Airport badging management task, either directly to them
or through their company's contact person.
Before you begin
To send emails through the
Airport badging management task, the
SMTP server must be configured in the ABS plugin role. The email recipient, the employee or
the company's point of contact, must also have their email address configured.
Procedure

In the Airport badging management task, right-click an employee
name and click Send notification by email.

If the selected employee has more than one employer, select a company and click
OK.

In the Send email dialog box, enter the information for the email
and click Send.
- Subject
- Subject of the email.
- To
- Recipient of the email. Choose one of the following:
- Employer's point of contact
- Send the email to the employer's contact person. The contact person's email
address must be configured in the company settings.
- Specific employees
- Send the email directly to the selected employee. The employee's email
address must be configured in the employee settings. You also have the option
to add other employees of the company for mass emailing.
- Message
- The body of the email.
