If you need to submit the applicant for a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), you must collect their fingerprints. CHRC is required for all airline employees.

What you should know

You always need to scan all fingers from both hands, in the following sequence: (1) Four fingers of the left hand, (2) Thumb of the left hand, (3) Thumb of the right hand, (4) Four fingers of the right hand. This sequence is indicated by LED lights at the top of the fingerprint scanner and in the Scan fingerprints dialog box.

Procedure

To search for an employee, click at the bottom of the list and use the Search dialog box.
  2. Click the Documents and forensics tab.
