If you cannot send reads from Genetec Patroller™ to Security Center, you can troubleshoot the issue.

Procedure

  1. Verify that Genetec Patroller™ is connected to Security Center. For more information, see Connecting Genetec Patroller™ to Security Center.
  2. Verify that your internet connection is stable.
  3. Verify the state of the local SQL agent.
  4. If encryption is used, verify that it is on in both Genetec Patroller™ and Security Center.
  5. Verify that there is enough space on the Security Center server.
