If you cannot send reads from Genetec Patroller™ to Security Center, you can troubleshoot the issue.
Procedure
- Verify that Genetec Patroller™ is connected to Security Center. For more information, see Connecting Genetec Patroller™ to Security Center.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable.
- Verify the state of the local SQL agent.
- If encryption is used, verify that it is on in both Genetec Patroller™ and Security Center.
- Verify that there is enough space on the Security Center server.
