To configure the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge, you must access the Genetec Intrusion Bridge web app.

What you should know

  • IMPORTANT: If the width of the browser window is insufficient, the navigation at the top of the Genetec™ Intrusion Protocol web app disappears.
  • The Genetec Intrusion Bridge web app is incompatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Procedure

  1. From the web server that hosts the extension, open a web browser and navigate to the Genetec Intrusion Bridge web app.
    By default, the URL is https://localhost:31312.

  2. Enter your credentials and click Connect.
    The default username is admin, and the default password is password.
