Before adding Sanyo VCC-HD5X00 units in Security Center, you must configure two video streams in the unit's web page.

Procedure

  1. Open the unit's web page.
  2. Click on VIDEO/AUDIO.
  3. Under STREAM, set STREAM 1 to H.264, and STREAM 2 to JPEG.
