The diagnostic service account gives basic diagnostic and troubleshooting privileges to a non-administrator account holder.
The diagnostic service account allows someone without administrator privileges to log onto the Synergis Cloud Link unit and perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks.
The diagnostic service account has access to fewer features than the administrator
account does. The following are accessible by the service account:
- I/O diagnostics
- Logging
- Download support logs
- Ping diagnostics
- Network settings
- Users
- System status
NOTE: Aside from enabling and disabling logging, the service account's access
is read-only.
