Your account information can be customized if you want your integrator users and clients to see your company name or company logo in the taskbar of their respective Stratocast™ portals.
If you want your integrator users and clients to see your company logo in the taskbar of their respective Stratocast™ portals, you can prepare your logo according to our specifications and send it to the Stratocast™ team (StratocastEnroll@Genetec.com).
Custom company name
The Stratocast™ taskbar is where the name of your
company will be displayed.
The taskbar also contains other information, such as the Stratocast™ logo and the user's name. As a result, the
taskbar can only accommodate your company logo or name. If you choose to have your logo
displayed, your company name can no longer be displayed.

For solely aesthetic reasons, make sure that your logo works well with the dark background
of the taskbar and that the logo is visible. The background color of the taskbar has values
of: R:39, G:39, B:39 in the RGB color space (hexadecimal color #272727). The following image
illustrates the place in the taskbar where your logo will be situated.
Logo requirements
The logo that you provide must meet the following requirements:
- It must measure exactly 50 pixels in height.
- It must not be larger than 200 pixels in width.
- It must be visible on the dark background color of the Stratocast™ taskbar.
- The background color of your image must be transparent.
- The file size must not exceed 32 KB (kilobytes).
- The file format must be PNG (Portable Network Graphics).
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the logo you send meets the logo requirements
detailed earlier, and that no further alterations (image resizing, file conversions) are
required after you send us your logo.
